Delivery, Refund and Cancellation Terms

Delivery

The services sold are digital; no physical products are shipped.

The personal report is delivered as a PDF by e-mail or WhatsApp within 3 business days at the latest after the payment is confirmed.

The written expert review and the e-mail coaching are provided only in writing by e-mail; there are no video calls or face-to-face sessions. The written review is sent within 5 business days after the report is delivered; in e-mail coaching, the coach answers each weekly reply within 2 business days.

Personal report ($15 and $29)

If you cancel your order before the report is delivered to you, the full fee is refunded.

Because the report is prepared personally for you, no refund is made after it has been delivered.

In the Buy 3, Pay for 2 package, if one of the reports has already been delivered, the amount paid for the undelivered reports is refunded (each delivered report is counted at $15).

Report + Written Expert Review (by e-mail) ($39)

If you cancel before the written review is sent, the full fee is refunded. If the report has already been delivered, the report fee ($15) is deducted.

Once the written review has been sent, no refund is made.

8-Week E-mail Coaching ($190)

If you cancel before the first weekly exchange starts, the full fee is refunded. If the report has already been delivered, the report fee ($15) is deducted.

If you cancel after the programme has started, the unused weeks are refunded pro rata (after deducting the report fee of $15 if the report has been delivered).

Each week you receive a written exercise or prompt and reply by e-mail; the coach answers within 2 business days with feedback and next steps. A written 90-day roadmap is sent at the end of the programme.

How are refunds made?

Simply write your full name and the payment date to info@neonselfcheck.com or on WhatsApp (+90 532 596 28 99).

Approved refunds are made via Shopier to the card you paid with, within 14 days at the latest of your request reaching us. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

For instalment payments, the refund is credited to your card in instalments according to your bank's practice. No additional fee is charged for refunds.

Statutory right of withdrawal

The terms on this page are offered in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal explained in the Preliminary Information Form and do not restrict that right.

If the service cannot be provided

If a report, written review or coaching reply cannot be provided on time for reasons beyond our control such as illness or natural disaster (force majeure), you will be informed immediately; as you prefer, a new date is set or the amount paid is refunded within 14 days.
